PT JW MARIN was established and registered on July 23, 2012. Its head office is located on Batam Island. Our business is supplying skilled labor for the Oil and Shipyard Industry. The specific our skills of the workforce are construction and piping, repair and new ship buildings, mechanical etc.
Initially we were a sub contractor in several shipyards. Since 2015 we have collaborated with PT. DKB to manage the shipyard site. which is located in the citra industrial area, batam city, Kepulauan Riau province.
The company supported by experts who very wide experience in their respective field as naval architect and marine engineer.
The company will integrate Health, Safety and environmental management into the daily operationof the company through the provision of an effective HS & E Management system for all levels within the company that will :
- Assess the risk of business activities
- Demonstrate responsibility for all products and services of occupational health and hygiene, personal safety and environmental protection.
- Provide effective communication of all relevant HS & E information.
- Assign clear HS & E responsibilities to all employees and partners
- Review performance and communicate progress to employee
- Work toward continous improvement in all area
